[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laura Mercier has decided to discontinue this translucent pressed setting powder. This is the worst business decisions this company has ever made as this is their best product and they received awards for this product. They claim that "Real Flawless Luminous Perfecting Pressed Powder" is a replacement for this powder. It is not. The luminous powder is not comparable in any way and is an awful setting powder with glitter in it. Who are they marketing their products to? Little kids? This company has gone downhill in terms of their products.

This has a great blurring effect on textured skin, but I don't find it to be super translucent -- it's pretty yellow on me. I use it mostly for spots where I have the most texture (cheeks by my nose, sides of my forehead). It works well on pores and a little less well on fine lines. If I can't find something that performs as well but is less yellow, I'll likely purchase this again.
