I have been using Terre d'Hermes since it was first released in 2006. I would describe the scent as earthy (in a good way) with strong mineral notes. I am very sensitive to perfumes/colognes and can get an instant headache from some of them. This cologne is not over powering and will not offend anyone. Perfect for office or date night. Can be used year round. You can't go wrong with this fragrance. I would go as far as saying you could blind buy this safely.
