    Rated 2 out of 5 by from No aroma Having once been given this candle as a present, and loved it , I decided to treat myself to another. It had been burning approximately 3 hours and I was still waiting for the perfume to fill my small room. A friend called and said she noticed the candle but thought it was a dupe as she couldn't smell it at all. I feel I have totally been ripped off and wil never buy again

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 stars because of their customer service. As a loyal Jo Malone customer, I love their candles, colognes and diffusers. I used to shop in Myer directly in store and never experience a surprise with purchase until I have received my candle via online shopping. It was completely pulled away (that's how they describe) and it separated from it's jar with lots of air bubbles. I still give 5 star review for customer service that they arranged a replacement immediately and it's unique fragrance.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not up to Jo Malone standards Last month, I received this candle as a gift (so unsure where it was purchased). I was thrilled to receive it as I am a long time admirer of Jo Malone products. I have purchased many, many lovely items for myself as well as gifts for others. I have tried burning it several times and it has no scent whatsoever. Given the 2+ years of COVID, is it possible that retailers are selling old inventory that really should be replaced with fresh items? I wish I could return it but don't want to hurt the feelings of my gift giver.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fills the room without overpowering it. I was given the three wick version of this candle as a housewarming gift. It has lasted 12 months. My sister makes candles so I know a little about them. The quality of the wax and the scent throw is first rate. It has a slow beautiful burn and everyone who enters the house comments on how beautifully it smells and do we have flowers. I am buying another one now.

I loved it so much I have treated myself & recently bought it for a gift. The personalised box was such a lovely touch for my gift & was loved by our friend ❤️ Such a lovely, luxurious candle that I will use regularly from now on.

It gives off no scent at all apart from the slight stench of something burning. What a waste of money. The only thing JM about it is the price. Might as well have gone to Aldi!
