I don’t see Click & Collect at checkout, Is this normal?
Click & Collect is subject to availability. If Click & Collect delivery option does not appear at checkout, this either means the products you have selected are not eligible for in-store pickup or that Click & Collect as a whole is momentarily unavailable.
Which stores offer Click & Collect?
Click and collect is available in the following cities:
In the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Fujairah
In KSA: Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dhahran
In Kuwait: Kuwait City and Fahaheel
In Bahrain: Manama
In Qatar: Doha

When will my order be ready for collection?
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your items are ready to be collected, usually within two hours during Click & Collect store opening hours. This may take longer during peak periods such as sales and holiday season. If the order is placed in last two hours of the store's Click & Collect closure, it will typically be ready for collection the following day.
Can I use my promo code for Click & Collect?
You may use any applicable promo code in your basket during the order process. Please keep in mind that some promotions, including gifts with purchase, are only offered online and will not be applicable for Click & Collect.
Will I receive my gift with purchase with Click & Collect?
Click & Collect orders are prepared in Sephora stores, they are not currently eligible for gifts with purchase. Any gifts with purchase will be removed from your basket when you select Click & Collect as a delivery method. To receive your gift with purchase, please select home or partner pickup point delivery.
